Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Pets are not permitted at Windsong Rocks.
Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival receive a 95% refund. Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Windsong Rocks uses keyless entry, so there's no key pickup required. Your unique access code will be sent 24 hours before check-in. The process is seamless and secure.
There is dedicated parking for up to 4 vehicles on property, with additional room in the driveway for a boat or trailer. Parking is included at no extra charge.
St. Joe Beach puts you minutes from Cape San Blas, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park (ranked among Florida's best), and the charming town of Port St. Joe. Fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, dolphin tours, fresh seafood restaurants, and some of the least-crowded white sand beaches in the South are all within easy reach.
Windsong Rocks has 1 Gbps fiber internet, fast enough for the whole group to stream, video call, and game at the same time without any slowdown. WiFi reaches throughout the house and outdoor areas.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A deposit is collected at booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Before You Stay

House Rules

We want every guest to have an amazing stay at Windsong Rocks. These rules help us keep the property in great shape for you and every family that comes after you. A full Rental Agreement will be provided and must be signed at the time of booking.

  • Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
  • The primary renter must be 25 or older and must be present for the duration of the stay.
  • Daytime visitors are welcome but count toward the total occupancy limit.
  • Subletting or transferring your reservation to another party is not permitted.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM  |  Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to the cleaning schedule.
  • No refunds for early departure or failure to arrive.
  • Parking is available in the driveway and designated areas on the property.
  • Parking in the cul-de-sac is strictly prohibited. This applies to all vehicles, trailers, boats, and golf carts.
  • Space is available for one boat and trailer in addition to guest vehicles.
  • Guests are responsible for any fines or towing charges resulting from improper parking.
  • The private pool is for registered guests only.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • No glass containers in the pool area.
  • No diving, running, or horseplay.
  • No pool chemicals or additives may be introduced by guests.
  • A golf cart is available as a complimentary amenity and is subject to availability.
  • Operators must be 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license.
  • No operation under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance.
  • The golf cart may not cross or attempt to cross Highway 98.
  • All passengers must remain seated while the cart is in motion.
  • Children may not operate the golf cart under any circumstances.
  • Golf cart privileges may be revoked for unsafe operation or rule violations.
  • The natural gas fire pit and outdoor grill are available for guest use.
  • Fires and grills must never be left unattended.
  • All flames must be fully extinguished after each use.
  • Do not tamper with or adjust any gas lines, regulators, or fittings.
  • If you smell gas, leave the area immediately and call 911.
  • No alternate fuels. Portable propane tanks, charcoal, and wood are not permitted.
  • The fire pit should not be used in high-wind conditions or during red flag fire weather.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Please be respectful of neighboring properties at all times.
  • A noise monitoring device is present on the property. It measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or video.
  • Smoking: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and similar products are prohibited inside the home and all enclosed spaces, including the game room, porches, and pool area.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted without prior written approval from Stay Enjoy Sand.
  • Fireworks: Fireworks, sparklers, sky lanterns, and similar devices are strictly prohibited on or around the property.
  • The St. Joe Beach area has active wildlife including bears.
  • Trash containers must remain closed and latched at all times when not in use.
  • Do not feed or approach wildlife.
  • Exterior security cameras are present for property protection. No cameras are located inside the home or any private space.
  • Access codes and credentials are for registered guests only and must not be shared.
  • Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Parties, events, and commercial activities are not permitted.
  • Illegal activity of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
